Effect of Water Extract of Maringa Olivera Leaves on some Characteristics of Goats Epididymal Sperms Under Cooling Conditions

Abstract The current study was conducted at the postgraduate laboratories, Agriculture College, Al-Muthanna University, during period between January 5, 2021 to May 29, 2022, determine effect of water extract Moringa olivera leaves on some characteristics goats epididymal sperms under cooling conditions for different periods. Moringa, Olivera prepared and stored in refrigerator until time uses, were obtained from slaughtered testes local abattoir Governorate, transferred immediately laboratory collect tail epididymis extended by Tris extender contains concentrations Maringa (0.02 0.03)%. results showed that led a significant increase (P≤0.05) individual motility hyper osmosis swelling test (HOST), with significantly decreased percentage abnormal dead sperms. leads decrease HOST, sperm. interaction level periods, there sperms, while did not affect sperm as well HOST. It concluded improved conditions.
